How do online therapy appointments with the sexologist work?
The service is conducted via video call. The first two evaluative sessions will be held to assess vital aspects of the patient with an integrative approach thanks to my training in psychology. Psychoeducation on things you might not know about affective-sexual aspects and physical exercises to do at home, individually or as a couple, will also be part of the sessions. You don’t need to have a partner to perform them, but if you do, it will be considered to offer you one exercise or another.
